We guarantee small classes of maximum 8 people. This ensures that our members have the full attention and highest quality of training from our coaches. We aim to provide safe, effective CrossFit training. We promise to provide your a personal training character, understand your niveau of profession and stress and take care of you individually at anytime

Montags, 20.00 Uhr BASIC SKILL OLYMPIC LIFTING (Press, Snatch, Deadlift) HIER
Mittwochs, 20.00 Uhr  BASIC SKILL CARDIO (Rope Jump, Box Jump. Ski Erg, Row) HIER

Freitags, 19.00 Uhr BASIC SKILL SQUATS & PRESS (Backsquats, Frontsquats, Thruster, KB Swing) HIER
Samstags ,12.00 Uhr BASIC SKILL GYMNASTIC (Pull Ups, Handstand) HIER

Classes

Monday till Friday: 7am– 11am and 5pm – 9pm
Saturday: 10am-1pm. & 1.30 to 3pm OPEN GYM
Sunday:  2pm- 5pm Classes
